She was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Information / communication from Université Panthéon-Assas and a Master’s degree in Journalism from UCLA.
Chief Scientific Officer
Jérôme joined Cerba HealthCare in 2010.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Previously, he was Scientific Marketing Manager at Imstar, a high-technology bio company.
Jérôme received a PhD in Neurobiology from Institut Pasteur and a MS in Marketing from ESSEC Business School.
Human Resources Director
Prior to joining Cerba HealthCare in 2005, Lionelle held different positions in associations, retail and pharmaceutical companies.
Trained lawyer, she received a Master in social law from University of Bordeaux.
Board member
Valeria joined Cerba HealthCare in 2021.
Prior to joining the Group, Valeria was Fnac Darty’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsability) Director.
After 10 years working for Danone, Altran, Kering and La Fnac in Purchasing, she created La Fnac’s first CSR department in 2011.
Valeria received a Master in chemistry-physics from Paris IV University, a Master in international purchasing management from EM Lyon and a master in sustainable development and organizations from Paris Dauphine.

Prior to joining Cerba HealthCare in 2013, Paul held different positions at Motorola, Nortel Networks, a telecom company, McDonald’s and RLD Group.
He received an engineering master's degree from Sup Meca and a degree from HEC Paris.
General Counsel
Prior to joining Cerba HealthCare in 2015, Géraldine served as legal counsel at EDF, Franprix and Danone.
She served as attorney at law in several law offices.
Géraldine holds a MSc in Business & Economic law from University Paris II.
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining Cerba HealthCare in 2012.
Oussama served as Production and logistics manager at MicroPort CRM (ex Sorin).
Mines Engineer, he holds a Master's degree in industrial management from ENS & Mines, and certified Lean Six sigma Black Belt.
Chief Digital & Data officer
Alban joined Cerba HealthCare in 2023.
He has more than 20 years of experience in business transformation. He started his career in consulting (PwC, IBM) and then joined the Bel Group (food industry) first as Director of Organization and then Director of Digital Transformation.
Before joining Cerba HealthCare, Alban was Digital & Data Director at RATP Dev (international subsidiary of the RATP Group).
Alban is a graduate of Neoma Business School (Rouen) and of an executive program at INSEAD.
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Cerba HealthCare in 2008 as Group Controller & M&A Project Director, François worked for more than 10 years in consulting and for the pharmaceutical industry.
He was awarded a Dual Master in Accounting and Finance from ISEG Paris.
