Board member

Valeria joined Cerba HealthCare in 2021.

Prior to joining the Group, Valeria was Fnac Darty’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsability) Director.

After 10 years working for Danone, Altran, Kering and La Fnac in Purchasing, she created La Fnac’s first CSR department in 2011.

Valeria received a Master in chemistry-physics from Paris IV University, a Master in international purchasing management from EM Lyon and a master in sustainable development and organizations from Paris Dauphine.

Prior to joining Cerba HealthCare in 2020, Emmanuelle served more than 15 years as Director of Public Affairs or Communications at Celgene, Dassault Systèmes and Gemalto.

 

She was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Information / communication from Université Panthéon-Assas and a Master’s degree in Journalism from UCLA.

Eric joined the Cerba HealthCare Board in 2019 where he leads the audit, risks and compliance committee.

 

After a career in consulting as Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group where he was a member of the European Executive Committee, Global Head of Private Equity and Chair of the Global Audit and Risks Committee, he is currently Chair or non-executive director of Private Equity sponsored businesses. He is also Vice-Chairman of The Wallace Collection, a London based Museum.

 

He graduated from Ecole Centrale and holds a MBA from INSEAD.

Dr Nuala Murphy was appointed to the board of Cerba HealthCare in 2023, in addition to assuming the chair of the ESG committee and executive chair of Cerba Research. 

 

With a background in drug development, Nuala is a strategic advisor to private equity, having held leadership & board roles in the pharmaceutical sector, most recently as President of Drug development and Commercialization at ICON Plc. 

 

Nuala graduated from Trinity College Dublin, was awarded a PhD from the School of Medicine at the University of Leeds, a post-doctorate in neuroscience from the Collège de France, Paris, a diploma in ESG from the Corporate Governance Institute and was certified in corporate governance at INSEAD.

Benoît joined the Cerba HealthCare Board in 2023.

 

Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas spent 15 years in senior management positions in the industry sector (Thales, CGG, Zodiac Aerospace), before becoming Chief of Staff to French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe from 2017 to 2020.

Benoît is now Managing Director at Exor and a member of various boards, including Stellantis, Iveco, Institut Mérieux and Galileo Global Education.
 

He gradutated from Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale d’Administration.
