With his distinguished  career and   very relevant experience in the healthcare industry, Julien brings to Cerba HealthCare deep sector expertise, international   experience and a strong track record in leading complex transformations. This nomination  is a significant milestone for the company, reinforcing its commitment to progress and innovation to better answer patients, healthcare professionals and   public institutions needs.

Julien Samson brings over 20 years of experience across the public and private healthcare sectors. Most recently CEO of Maisons de Famille Group, a European care provider specializing in personalized support for the elderly, Julien has previously held senior executive roles at GSK, where he led country operations in France and South Korea and oversaw global commercial teams in close collaboration with R&D to deliver new respiratory medicines and vaccines. He also served as Deputy General Manager of the Hospices Civils de Lyon and as a senior advisor to the President of the French Republic on social security matters, where he started his career after graduating from Sciences Po and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration. Over the last 15 years, he has also been supporting other healthcare companies backed by private equity as a board member in biotech, services to clinics, primary care, and medical biology.

Julien’s appointment marks the conclusion of Paul Navarre's interim role as CEO of Cerba HealthCare, as he resumes his full responsibilities as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Thanks to his excellent knowledge of the group, Paul Navarre will support a seamless transition.
