Nathalie joined Cerba HealthCare in 2024
Nathalie brings over 25 years of deep expertise in finance, alongside extensive experience in management. Her background spans different markets and covers mid-size to large international companies such as Ingenico, Rio Tinto, or more recently Groupe SEB where she has heading Finance, Audit and Legal departments.
Nathalie graduated from NEOMA Business School.
Emmanuel joined Cerba HealthCare in 2024.
He has had a distinguished career in the healthcare sector. As Chairman and CEO of Cytiva (formerly GE HealthCare Life Sciences) since 2017, he has accelerated the growth trajectory of the group, which doubled sales in recent years. Before taking the helm at Cytiva, Emmanuel held a number of key positions in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Emmanuel began his career in the late 90s in Japan with Otsuka Pharmaceutical before joining Abbott.
Matthieu joined the Group in 2011.
Before becoming General manager of Cerba Lancet Africa, Matthieu held the positions of Process manager and Operations manager within the Group (France and Belgium).
He benefits from 12 years of sales and marketing experience as well as an extensive knowledge of Lean Healthcare consulting.
Graduated in biochemistry, Matthieu completed his Executive MBA degree from IESEG Paris in 2019.
